Comfort Foods was started following the loss of several close relatives over a period of time, this lead to me preparing far too many funeral buffets.
The response to the food from the many guests was so complimentary, that I decided it was time to put my years of catering experience and qualifications (which had been put on hold whilst having my “girls”) back to work, and get Comfort Foods started.
The usual foods requested are finger buffets. This means less time at the sink and more time chatting with your family and friends.
Because we are a small proprietor-run company, you get personalised treatment, and we can create a menu that suits the needs of your occasion, and your budget.
The food is delivered to your door on the day, or to a venue of your choice.
It is all attractively displayed on platters, which we collect from you the following day.
Additional white china, wine glasses and white tablecloths are available to hire upon request.
